Mr. Harshvardhan Raghunath is a seasoned management consultant and financial sector expert with over 30 years of global experience. As a former Partner and Senior Advisor at Bain & Company, he has advised C-suite executives across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Indo-China, and Greater China on strategy, operations, risk management, and corporate finance. He has spearheaded transformational initiatives for leading organizations, delivering exceptional value through strategic growth, M&A, risk management, and regulatory compliance. A trusted policy advisor, Dr. Vardhan has significantly contributed to financial sector policy making in India, serving on multiple high-impact government and regulatory committees. His expertise spans banking, financial services, capital markets, and more.

Since 1994, has vast experience in diverse businesses like infrastructure projects, finance and health management. He is a Trustee of IIHMR, pioneer in health management education in the country, also a trustee of John Hopkins University, USA. He is a qualified doctor and is well known for his works in the field of health management and other social initiative.

Mr. Rajesh Garg is a seasoned professional with nearly 25 years of extensive experience in finance, administration, and accounting across diverse industries. He has a proven ability to enhance operations, drive business growth, and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reduction, internal control, and productivity improvements.
Mr. Rajesh is proficient in conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures, including working capital management and internal financial controls. He holds a Diploma in Business Finance from I.C.F.A.I, Hyderabad (1999) and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (May 1998).
Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented comprehensive risk management policies and effectively handled internal audits. He has coordinated ERP system development and managed the automation of financial processes through software development. His expertise includes financial planning and control, taxation and accounts, MIS development, fund management, and team leadership.

Mrs. Apra Kuchhal, the independent director at Transcorp International Limited. is a MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIIM, Jaipur and also done Certificate course in Management Development Program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Certificate of excellence program from National Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur and possess excellent entrepreneurial skills. Mrs. Apra Kuchhal is also working for various social initiatives for women empowerment.

Mr. Sujan Sinha, is a senior finance professional, with more than 3½ decades in the industry, having worked for banks and NBFCs, primarily in the retail field.
Mr. Sinha is a Graduate from Kolkata University in Geology. Mr. Sinha spent more than 14 years with SBI, gaining considerable experience in branch banking, personnel administration as well foreign exchange dealings. He also worked in some private sector groups viz. the east-India headquartered Usha Martin group, in their 50:50 JV with Sumitomo Corporation, Japan, UTI Bank (later renamed as Axis Bank) , Shriram Group.

Mr. Abhinav Banthia serves as the Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director of the Company. He is also the Managing Director of Manu Yantralaya Pvt. Ltd. After completing his engineering in 2003, Mr. Banthia joined his family-owned company, Manu Yantralaya Pvt. Ltd., which primarily manufactures and supplies bearing and automotive components to customers in India and across the globe. The company exports its products to several countries including Germany, Portugal, Italy, Slovakia, Bulgaria, China, Argentina, Indonesia, Vietnam, the USA, the UK, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, and Malaysia. In 2005, he undertook a three-month industrial training program in Japan, which provided him with valuable exposure to advanced manufacturing practices and global industrial standards. In 2012, he established a Japanese joint venture company and diversified into the manufacturing of plastic components for the automotive industry. Mr. Banthia has been actively associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Rajasthan for several years and served as the Chairman of CII Rajasthan for the year 2023�24. He was also the Chair of the Jaipur Chapter of Young Indians in 2015. Apart from his professional engagements, he serves as a Trustee of the Hira Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting and working towards the cure and care of people with hearing impairment.
