– Develop, Launch and Implement detailed strategy/plan for Pre-Paid Payment Instruments/Payment systems such as Cards, Wallets and other digital/electronic payments
– Dealing with Payment and Settlement system operators for obtaining own BIN and other offering from Payment and Settlement system operators and for any other integration that may be required this includes guiding the company on developments at Payment and Settlement system operators and how company can get benefit from it.
– Exploring and implementing business opportunities that are there and expected to come up in future, related to payment systems- including and beyond a card and a wallet.
– Formulating organization structure, business and compliance process, IT structure and business plan and helping in its implementation
– Formulating the technology structure which includes finalization of technology system/platform and technology partner/vendor
– liaison with Payment and Settlement system operators, RBI, Banks and other parties for PPI Business including but not limited to communication with Payment and Settlement system operators/RBI on Company’s behalf to accelerate product development/ implementation and business cases
– Identifying, establishing and finalising associations with Government/Large scale projects/Tenders such as smart-city, public transport, LIC like tenders etc.
– Sales and strategic management, Product Designing, Specialization includes
Channel sales & distribution management, M-commerce, E commerce,
Domestic money remittance B2B & B2C, brand promotion, branch
management, business acquisition, new market penetration, market
research, key account management, recruitment, team leadership and
– Responsible for Sales & distribution of all verticals of company i.e. Domestic Remittance, Travel, Cash In, Gift Cards, Telecom recharges & post-paid bill, Prepaid Instruments, Gift Cards etc.
– Pivotal in strategy development and implementation to attain predetermined targets with optimal realization, new product launches, territory expansion, consolidation of market presence, market share, positioning, penetration and brand equity with good knowledge of Channel Sales, Team Handling, Distribution Management, Domestic Remittance market, Prepaid instruments, Gift cards sales & Team Management.
– Creating unique Payment Systems for the company which are different from other in the market
– Refined understanding of business dynamics & updated market knowledge combined with the talent to amalgamate Sales & Marketing abilities with overall business operating plan.
– Capable of creating and developing strong network of channel partners – dealers, distributors etc to widen product distribution and deeper market penetration.
– Developing all the payment system and operating the same as per RBI guidelines & other regulatory compliances
– Facilitating in designing portal and other technical platform for the above businesses and keep them updated as per the market need.
– Knowledge and execution of mobile app features . integrating the app to the payments platform . develop a mobile app product to offer all services through our own PPI
– Keeping himself updated on new technology developments or be able to innovate , so that the same can be offered through our app or web platform
